PhD Cat

Wish I were as smart as this cat. I’ve spent all day working my PhD notes into something approaching an exegesis that won’t make my supervisor either (i) snort with laughter, (ii) throw something at me, or (iii) inflict self-harm … the result is 6,000 words I’m not completely ashamed of … and which don’t contain the phrase “I have a cat called Mittens” … but I knew it was time to stop when the phrase I reached for to finish off a paragraph was “…┬áthat it would allow for points of difference to be useful in analysing something or other”.

And now, I shall nap.

Hmmm. Not your best line. However, I suspect you probably know what you’re talking about. Usually.
