A World SF travel fund has been set up by awesome folk such as Lavie Tidhar and Cheryl Morgan to send one person per year to a major SF event. This year the inaugural recipient will be the wonderful, super energetic Bibliophile Stalker and World Fantasy nominee, Charles Tan – we’re sending him to the World Fantasy Convention in San Diego.
Charles not only tirelessly keeps the spec-fic blogosphere up-to-date with his many posts and fine range of linkery, he also writes cleverly on matters such as ebook publishing, piracy and copyright. He’s a writer. He’s an editor. He’s a really nice man.
