OH MY GOD THIS IS AMAZING!!! I’ve managed to buy a paperback copy of Sourdough but The Bitterwood Bible tore my heart out. I would cry like a baby if I had a hardback copy (seriously, even just the pictures on the internet look gorgeous, in real life it must be breathtaking).
Also: Thank you so much for making it an international competition. Now I can enter and keep my fingers crossed (and my toes, and whatever other body part I can manage).
